It’s agreed that in receiving this information, I/We, agree to keep all confidential information Confidential.

I / We are all fully are of the Privacy Act (1988) and right of privacy.

I / We further acknowledge that 7Agents Pty Ltd, has introduced the business (s)

in the above-mentioned agreement to I/we and therefore the business (they)

are on the market to be sold on behalf of the vendor.

The purchaser has been advised and recommended that they perform their own due diligence

and or source their own independent advice and valuations on the above-mentioned business

The Vendors business information and related information is considered private and confidential,

unless it has been agreed upon or made public general information.

The Confidential information is inclusive of and not restricted to all financial statements and reports,

lease and property information, all relevant licence’s, all systems and procedures,

and other, business-related material to the above-mentioned businesses.

I/We (inclusive of my/our partners/directors) must not, without prior written consent of the vendor and the agent

Disclosure the confidential information to any individual, corporation or partnership

Copy/duplicate the confidential information

Only use the confidential information for the purpose of assessing the business with the

intent of making any offer to purchase the business

These obligations extend to all my officers/ our officers, employees, partners, and advisors,

who have had access to part or all of the confidential information?

I/We agree that all dealings with the vendor, his agents and advisors shall be conducted via

or with the knowledge of 7Agents Pty Ltd

I/We agree that all confidential information will be returned upon request to 7Agents Pty Ltd

If the business and or valid offer has been made within 7 days of receiving the original information

I / We are all fully aware, and agree undertake the following:

That I/We shall ensure that My / Our officers, agents, brokers, employees, and or advisors do not act

in any manner or in any possible way that may or could constitute possible breaches

of I/my/our Obligations within this agreement

If the above-mentioned business is eventually (business for sale agreed above) purchased, whether as a company

an Individual or partnership, privately or through another agent or any other source to procure the

business purchase. I/We are to compensate 7Agents Pty Ltd for any damages and loss of any commissions owed.

To Indemnify 7agents Pty Ltd against any loss or damage it suffers directly or indirectly arising from or

connected with any failure of I / we to meet any obligations under this deed or any failure to observe any

obligation of confidence relating to the confidential information.
